very nice image. i love it. the longer i look at it, the more i like it. it's quite soft, but it looks like it you might have intended it to be that way. i think with the mood of this image the softness actually works well. each person in the background adds to this too. the person on the phone, the woman sitting down, the mom, and the observer behind her. this is really nice. well composed candid.
