All That Remainsby CanonShooterComment by pixelpig: I like the color, but I'm not able to make any logical sense of the tree branch that disappears under the doors (windows), comes up on the other side, & goes toward the sky. The light has no logic to it either, for me. I hope you will put in some notes to help me understand. |

All That Remainsby CanonShooterComment by ciaeagle: I love the color here and so much to catch the eye. I could see this as an illustration in a fairy tale. The curious hero/heroine sneaks into the garden and views the cottage door from afar... |

All That Remainsby CanonShooterComment by EL-ROI: This is my choice for the blue! The light and shadow, the color, the perspective, the foreground and background elements all work to create a magical scene of a lost world tucked away!! |

Wibbly-Wobbly Timey-Wimey Imagination Machineby CanonShooterComment by CanonShooter: Originally posted by Teafran: Another clever composition. I think it might be a little too busy though - it's hard to get an overall impression without isolating one section to view in detail - the symmetry concept is to view the image as a whole and not in part. Still, a very clever idea and concept. Nicely done. |
Perhaps you misunderstand the symmetry concept of the challenge. The challenge description is: "Your photo must be made up of two or more copies of the same photo flipped to create a symmetrical image". I used 8 copies of one entire photo to make this, so you're not seeing anything "in part". I'm not sure why you felt a need to isolate one section to view in detail to get an overall impression of the final image. But I do appreciate the fact that you commented. :) |
