Make your own Tracksby TallblokeComment by ubique: Lovely ephemeral feel to this scene & it works so well with your excellent title, especially since any tracks made here are soon washed away (ephemeral again!) Very nice composition, processed with restraint and maturity. 9 |

Make your own Tracksby TallblokeComment by dahkota: Amazing. I must have missed this my first pass through. Everything about it works and works well. Tone, POV, DOF, focus, composition. Wow. Bumping to 10 and marking as a favorite. Thanks! Good luck in the challenge! |

Make your own Tracksby TallblokeComment by geewhy: Very nice image which fits the challenge criteria well.
Would like to have seen the person stand out a bit more from the background, but that`s a minor criticism in what I feel is an excellent pic overall.
Nicely done. |

Make your own Tracksby TallblokeComment by Sonda: Really love the mood you have created here. Feels like an old classic image from a master photographer.
The title really adds to the image and challenge...
But if I would not have read the title, I would not have known why it fit the challenge.. A woman walking her dog on a beach does not tell me "Independence". GL :) |

Make your own Tracksby TallblokeComment by p2jvr: Sky and clouds seem to have more impact available than you have managed to show in this pic. The reflections in the water are a good point but overall I find this composition too full of areas of uniformity; the hills; the foreground; the sky. |

Lawn Bowlsby TallblokeComment by Kerbocat: Interesting shot. I like the idea - I might have tried getting in the full body shadows, possibly posed the throw. |

Make your own Tracksby TallblokeComment by cycomerlin14: This is amazing. The reflection of the sky in the wet sand...marvelous. Perhaps the woman is following her dog after he had chosen to flee from its owner... |
