Hi Beerme425...

Good rule of thumb: If you ask for an in depth critique, you should be willing to include your own comments with your photo when you submit it. Does this photo not have any meaning or interest to you personally? If not, it's not worth asking for an in depth critique. You have to care about it before you should ask someone else to do the same :)

I think this is a decent postcard type photo. The exposure is really nice for a nighttime photo. It's a little soft though. Some sharpening would benefit this photo greatly. I actually like the slight tilt in the building also. That seems to add a nice effect.

In the lower left, there is a fountain base or something that feels like it doesn't belong in the image. Maybe a slight compositional change of camera angle would allow you to remove that and keep the same general feel to this photo.
