	It's a One-Cent World by fredluvsHim Comment by andywightman: this photo is so badly out of focus that it ceases to have any meaning. Sometimes lack of focus is intentional (like in Motion blur) but here it is a bad error. get this in focus and you start to be in contention for an average or above average score.
