Water Bearing Through Timeby labudsComment by Konador: This is a nice shot, but I think the water droplets look a little be strange just stopped in mid air. Since your title is 'through time' and it's a smooth statue, I think a long exposure creating water streams would look really good with the subject matter. At the moment there is nothing that really interests me in the photo. 5 |

Knock Out by labudsComment by DrJOnes: To Article19: fill lights were used during the actual taking of the shot, not during post process. Using a trampoline is actuqally brilliant. Cloning and blurring is basic usage of Photoshop. We live in the digital era. Get used to the digital darkroom. Or else, grab a 35mm camera and use a classical darkroom. - edit: BEAUTIFUL SHOT! Knock Out by labudsComment by Article19: Trampolines, fill lights, cloning and the master stoke, fake depth of field, why don't we just submit drawings!

Knock Out by labudsComment by Brenb: Congratulations on the ribbon. This was one of my favorites. I did wonder when I saw it if you used a trampoline. Great idea and shot. |
