Looks like this was taken through the glass at an aquarium - that's not fear - get in there!
The fish on the rhs is rather distracting especially because it's cut oiff. It might have helped to white balance off the sand/shark's lower body. Even though the water is fairly shallow, it absorbs red light much faster than blue which makes the colours washed out and a little greenish.
Nice and sharp on the shark's eye - wish we could see more of the teeth.

next time try no to say "cheese" before you take the shark's picture ;-) too bad you cut the little fish off and the colors in the shark's mid section don't look grey, but blue, green and red, probably due to jpeg and taking the picture through glass (?). 5, beegee
