Daybreakby JutildaComment by jbsmithana: Knew this was you! You might have played it safe but I still think it is pretty brave of you jsut to enter. Lighting around the face to rid some shadows could have bumped this up IMHO. But still, good job. |

Day 28 - Smoke Signalsby JutildaComment by nixter: The is awesome, Judy. I love that contrast in the half silhouette that really highlights your features. Feels like I have just walked into the room to see you about something, and disturburbed you while you're having your cigarette, you're not very happy about it. You don't say anything, you just turn your head toward me and continue smoking... |

Daybreakby JutildaComment by levyj413: Heehee, I did ID you correctly. :) Well, I voted this a 6 - I like the calm feel to it. And for me without my glasses at daybreak, everything's a little fuzzy anyway! |

Day 28 - Smoke Signalsby JutildaComment by ErinM: The contrast is just great... I love the dark moodiness you've created! Great lighting provides the perfect hint of your features. The diptych is very effective here, especially in your use of smaller and larger scale images. The first strikes me as distant and aloof, and the second has an almost brazen, in-your-face attitude. Even though we can't really see the eyes in that second image, we're very much aware of being held by your gaze. Well done! |
