Blending into the Artworkby basia03Comment by Hax0r: Amazing hair color. Background seems a bit much orange. Maybe a different color wall with that interesting picture on it? Also the lighting on the face is very bright compared to the low contrast background. Lastly the eye expression seems like she is angry. Might have been better to have less intensity in the stare unless you were trying to make a compare with the wall picture. In any case she looks mean and I want to look away or grab a stick! |

Blending into the Artworkby basia03Comment by char: Who the hell do you think you are and where's the fookin' beagle? I don't see any beagle. I don't like that look in your eyes. You have issues lady, major issues. And pay more attention to my hair in case I have a haircut that needs noticing. You are one screwed up individual. And that freaky art has to go. HELLO, heroin and hallucinations are not cool anymore.
I'm very upset.
I still don't see any beagle.

Perspectiveby basia03Comment by moodville: Great shot! I really like the muted colors, it adds to the great washed-out, slightly desolate mood. Wonderful repetetive pattern, and allll the way into infinity. Love it! |

Modeling Sessionby basia03Comment by Dibutil: From Critique club.
I disagree about the slanted horizon - look at the photographer - he is trying to make best of the model and some _unexpected_background_behind_the_model_!!! He sacrifices the orthonormallity and even himself - falling out of the frame!
The naked legs would trash the intrigue: "What did he see behind her? Why is it so important that even the color is irrelevant?"
I like this one a lot.

Perspectiveby basia03Comment by obstetrify: This one takes the eye on a journey, and won't let it wander away from its
destinatio,.it is very compelling. Even so, a figure, some way down the line, might have given it scale, which I think it needs. Good anyway. |
