I love dogs...and snow! Good idea. I would like to see this composed so that more of the German Shepherd were visible and perhaps closer to the Beagle so that there was less negative space in the center. I know...impossible to tell the dogs where to pose, but alot of shots then choosing the best may get you a better composition.

thanks for your comments... tried to make a gloomy picture, and that's exactly what i got... i still like it, glad that some of you guys did, too... even two tens, wow! was interesting comparing "Gracechild7" and "BAMartin" comments... "graphicfunk", you are such a sweetheart!

The atmospheric conditions are well represented here and I feel a little cold after looking at this photograph. Excuse me while I go get a sweater.....OK I am back. Great composition, great exposure. The only (tiny) thing I might change is to decrease the amount of sky as it was such an overcast day.
