This is very well shot and seen. I always struggle, in images like this, with where to crop in the sky to eliminate distracting elements. You might be able to crop just below the main dark cloud in the sky, creating a bit of asymmetry, and have the image still work well (the reflections in the water, to me, are the primary features of the composition). But don't listen to me--it is your image :-) 8

love the mist, though i wish there was more interest in the sky, as it is pure white. other then that, the single pine tree by the water really adds nice interest to the photo

the layers of sky and water really provide a wonderful sense of texture and depth to the shot - the placement of the loon to the right does a great job of balancing out the sun
