piscesby sirenaComment by nephrotic: I think the idea is good and the range of tones of the same colour works very well. Unfortunatly the 2 skin blemishes at the bottom totally detract the eye. Try cropping half-way along the small fish at the bottom. It then looks as if the whole shoal of fish is swimming into the picture and it gets rid of the spot and the mole.
A good idea which I think would have worked if a little more thought had been put into the final presentation.
It is always worth getting a third party too look at pictures (one who will say what they see) as it is often the case that they will see something you have not noticed.

piscesby sirenaComment by Kavey: Composition is fantastic! The exact line of the jaw and neck against the slope of the shoulder is very strong - I love the shape and the shadows created.
The position of the fish within the frame is just right. The visual balance in this shot feels so strong that it just keeps me staring. I also like the orange tone and the high grain.
