Teardrop, Capturedby C_Steve_GComment by scwalsh: interesting choice of subjects, I think the shot would have worked better if there was a tighter crop around the subject.
It seems to be out of place in the photo. |

Memory, Stimulatedby C_Steve_GComment by Rasai: Originally posted by eyewave: it's clearly visible you extended the canvas size by more than 200%. at least you could have chosen the same tone as the original background |
I've looked at your picture on 3 different monitors and it ISN'T clearly visable to me that you have extended the canvas size on any of them. I'm very careful to keep my Monitor calibrated and in synch with the printers I use. Being curious I used a copy of the picture and tweaked it a LOT! (gamma mostly) before I could even begin to see the original canvas size. I've been aware of the fact that many people do not use the same settings on their equipment and thus there are voters that do not see our pictures from the same perspective (for the lack of the proper terminology.)
Kudos to you for doing the right thing when you learned of the infraction.
There is no doubt in my mind that eyewave has the ability to produce excellent results in DPC! Perhaps working together on the "Olympics" league will be an excellent opportunity for you to learn even more from one another! Message edited by author 2008-02-13 21:17:53. |
