Waterfall Dream.jpgby RasaiComment by scalvert: The colors have a nice, surreal quality, so it meets the challenge for me. On the other hand, you'd have trouble with the 'digital art' crowd, the composition is busy, and there's no real sharp focus anywhere. I would guess the high 4- low 5 range. |

Wave Organ.JPGby RasaiComment by Rasai: If you drive into the Yacht Harbor 'parking lot' and continue NE you'll see the Light Tower with a building further up the road. The road has a chain between 2 poles yet there is no access restriction so you can walk or bike to the end of the spit of land... It's a magical place indeed... take your fishing pole as well as your camera. I'll edit this with a good link soon"

South Gate.JPGby RasaiComment by Rasai: Hello Paul !
I had a VERY tough time recently... If you noticed my Self Portrait Photos there is a bit of info there... I had 2 motorcycle accidents... One a hit and run in SF with camera gear wrecked (D1x, 300 mm Nikkor lens and the 24~120 lens)in August and a Fatal (flatlined twice in ICU) accident in November... Glad to be back... I've missed this community more than anyone could imagine... Take a look at the link I just got working on the previous post and you'll get a description of the location.

Is that somewhat near the Maritime Museum? I like how you can still see the vertical cables even though the bridge is soft and backlit.
Good to see you around! I was just wondering the other day if you were still submitting here, but hadn't gotten around to checking yet. |
