Now that is a spooky face coming out from the darkness! Lighting is a bit uneven such that it doesn't allow this spooky face to truly shine. There are some great groves and details in this face but half is missing and some portions have the highlights completely blown out (nose and portion near the eye. Typically a face light from below will cast sinister shadows and light up the face such that it appears threatening. I can't tell exactly how you had the lighting but it may have turned out better if the light was more directly below and you adjust aperture and shutter speed to get expose the composition more evenly so there are no blown highlights.

Hum... I'm not sure what's going on here. What the subject is and what the distraction is is completely ambiguous. Add to that the lack of title and the fact that this is probably just a photo of your desk really sends the message that not much effort was put into the shot...

Ummm, well I really don't know what to say about this one, but it's just dull and boring, sorry don't mean to offend you, I guess it does have distracting elements though, but they don't add to the photo, plus you need to have a good title next time.
