Red White & Blueby idnicComment by CLarson557: Good to see some creativity in a challenge full of bugs and flowers. Nice theme for this time of year. You brought out the colors well...even though perhaps just a tad oversaturated. |

Slinkyby idnicComment by maiblossoms: I love the angle! There have been other slinky shots, and I have found them to be a little bland. Yours however, because of the angle, is much more interesting and creative! You were really able to draw out the beautiful colors and shapes of the slinky in this shot.
My only wish wouldl be that the shot were a bit sharper. |

Slinkyby idnicComment by netdude: Relevance to challenge (2): 0.5-there is only almost a circle in this picture.
Color/Lighting/Exposure (2): 1 - I like the glowing effect, a darker background might have made that stand out even more.
Sharpness/Picture Quality (2): 1-could use some sharpening
Composition (2): 1.5
Creativity/Originality (2): 2 - Interesting picture.

Red White & Blueby idnicComment by srbrubaker: Great colors, Nice concept. Nice composition and lighting. There's a chromatic aberration thing going on where cream meets background that seems a bit bothersome. A radical solution would be to crop it off - don't know if this would ruin the photo or make it a little less static. |
