All Heaven Declares!by aaronb532Comment by jpochard: Awesome, inspiring shot. I really like the drama of the sky against the serenity of the scene. The overall color scheme just works together so well without being boring. One of my favorites. |

Purple Hazeby aaronb532Comment by Bran-O-Rama: Would've liked to have seen the bottle not cropped at the bottom. Also, perhaps placed on a solid/plain background other than a woodgrain floor/table. Purple border looks cheesy. |

Purple Hazeby aaronb532Comment by dcano: I dont know how you did this but bravo. I was thinknig of something along thses lines but I just did nt know how to execute it. Did you take any where you just have the smoke in the shot. Or any with the smoke diffused?

Purple Hazeby aaronb532Comment by cbonsall: wow, what a great capture. It almost looks like a fabric, great texture.
My only fault would be that I find the border distracting |

Purple Hazeby aaronb532Comment by PhilipDyer: Wacky! I hope the fire department didn't give you too much trouble when they came out to investigate the call. ;-) Very interesting, creative shot for this challenge. |

All Heaven Declares!by aaronb532Comment by Kavey: What a beautiful sky... I usually prefer more saturated colours but the muted effect of this image really appeals to me. |

The Softer Side of Me...by aaronb532Comment by GeneralE: I'd like to know your motivation for the negative space ... it works OK but I don't immediately see the purpose of it. With the lighting and exposure you have, you could crop this in half and have a very nicely-rendered "typical" portrait -- maybe that's reason enough for the treatment you gave it. |
