Christmas in Victoria by ccraftComment by Happiest Flying: Hey Chris, stumbled onto this website by using a program Stumble, and clicked on Victoria, because, as you may recall, I used to work with you at Monday Magazine so many generations ago. Congratulations on such a fine photograph, and best of luck in the New Year. And, I suppose I could thank the taxpayers of British Columbia for lighting that puppy up. Lotsa great memories of that building and the Inner Harbor on New Years and many other magic nights.
Feel free to e-mail me, jeremy@jeremy.com or go to my website www.jeremy.com and bring me up to date on the whole old gang. And, if you're in Seattle, call. We'll go flying, get some aerial photos that might be fun. You can fly the plane, I'll do the shooting. Oh, wait, maybe I'd better fly it. |

Christmas in Victoria by ccraftComment by ccraft: Thanks so much for the great feedback. I was using a new lens - a 10.5mm f/2.8 fisheye from Nikon. It's a great lens and I'm only starting to learn what I can do with it. I'm very excited to finally win a ribbon - almost to the day of joining last year. Thanks again for all your great feedback. |

Christmas in Victoria by ccraftComment by Morgan: What lens did you use to capture this wonderful image of the BC Legislature? I love the look. What was the focal length, f-stop, etc.? Who makes it? |
