Making it black and white with colour, it is not working. Making it BW but fading it would have worked better, it is just so out of sorts right now. you need that skin tone and water colour, even if it is a little but and then making the other colours you have pop.

There are some good leading lines in this street photography shot. The couple holding hands adds some visual interest. One suggestion I have to improve on this photo is to play with the contrasts between light and shadow to make the contrasts in this black and white more dynamic. The midtones and shadows are a bit flat. Increasing contrasts in those areas will make this photo pop more visually.
