Funny. Showing good sense of humor and very nice presentation. Would have love more detail in the eyes since they are looking at the viewer. However, good comp. Bumping up.

Now *THAT* is one patient model! Great concept, but the lighting is a little flat. Maybe moving the light source down to the model's eye level, and a little closer to the camera would have given more dynamic light on this shot. I like the texture in the background, but some voters might not.
