Well if only the lighting was as good as the babe looks, way too harsh for my taste, I would have taken this shot during dusk for much smoother lighting.

very god DOF. good exposure, though the lights are blown, they enhance the "summer" impression. something looks wrong with her eyes, also, she seems to be unsure what to do with her right hand. the splash at her left hand is rather distracting

Very pretty girl, interesting make-up. Makes me wonder what it's about.
I'm learning that sharper eyes can really make the portrait. Her eyes here are nice, but not quite as sharp as the mouth. Given her expression, I don't thing you want a softer look on the lips, but I bet if you made the eyes pop just a little more this would be a really great photo.
