I'm afraid this is going to be attacked from all sides! A few suggestions:
1) subject matter of CDs has been done a lot and this doesn't make me stop and think 'hey, great take on the subject'
2) focus is badly off
3) use image editing software to bring image to as near maximum allowed size as possible
4) lighting and background are not very good

Keep trying, good results with low-spec cameras are definitely possible so don't lose heart

It's too small to impress the voters. I would recommend making it bigger in next challenges.

At the very start I rejected sunrays, but after lookung carefully at your image I can see clearly now. lol. I mean, that if we discount the actual rays, they do imply lines bewrween them. Bumping up to 6

After "reflecting" on this for days, I think yours is the finest of the bunch - and this was the most difficult challenge I've seen yet - incredibly high quality throughout all the entries. In the final analysis, this was simply the one that called to me.
