The compositon is a little static. Some of the tacks look out of focus. And there seems to be a lot of noise in the background. I think if the scene had stronger lighting two of these things could have been improved simultaneously.

This is a really great stock image. My only critique is that the word "Help" is still a bit subtle. In order to maximize this shot's stock potential, you might want to make it stand out even more, such as artificially bolding the letters or even changing their color a bit. But that's a small critique of a really outstanding stock concept and photo.
