I think it looks cool on the skin on her body but makes her eyes to dark. Not sure it's the right process for this shot just because it seems to take away from the beauty of her face, might work better if she wasn̢۪t looking at the camera.

Lacks a really deep range of tone, and the shadows are marred by a little too much noise, but other than that, I think you're on the right track.. especially for an almost mid-day bright sun shot.

B&W in digital is such a chore sometimes.
