Thanks to all for comments -- yes, it IS cropped too tight. I appreciate the confirmation.

I found myself in a photographer's dilemma as I had a great shot of this fellow and his partner waiting for the next customer. At the "eleventh" hour I decided to recrop it because you could identify the partner (I wouldn't want someone to post my shot so I didn't want to post his) I tried the crop and thought it still communicated waiting.

He sure does seem to be waiting :) 4/5 for meeting the challenge, 3/5 for technique and composition. Overall photo is a bit dark; cropping seems a bit close side to side.

Thanks for all the *very* helpful comments. I didn't take the time to neatimage the sky (I thought it would fuzz up the building and lose some dof) but clearly I should have!

The clouds make a great backdrop for the building, which is nicely proportioned. The subject is slightly underexposed, giving it a pleasing low-key appearance consistent with the overall mood of the image. Great job.

Very dramatic sky indeed! Interesting perspective too. Seems very foreboding and ominous, like a scene from a sci-fi movie. A bit of noise in the sky probably due to over processing, but it's not too distracting.
