while this is an interesting image, i would not consider it a shot of a landmark except for it being entered in the landmark challenge. the subject is too distant and not showing enough detail to compete with the birds in the foreground. the image is fine, it's just the challenge aspect that will hurt your score (and don't get me wrong--i'm not saying it doesn't meet the challenge, i'm just saying it's not that strong of a challenge entry).

Quite a wonderful sky and expanse of water. Adds a lot of interest but unfortuantely from this vantage, the castle is rather small and lacks much detail.
