High and Dryby geewhyComment by Jutilda: I had given this an 8 in the challenge. Just rant across it again. I like the minimalism of it. The contrast really works to make the boat stand out. Nice use of off centered subject. Going from sharp to misty creates an almost invisible leading line. |

"Striped" for actionby geewhyComment by LN13: I love the close-up of the face and how you don't let us see the whole face. The only thing I would say I don't like is that the side crops are uneven. On the left, it's cropped into the face near the eye and on the right, there is still space beside the eye. But, it's not that big of a deal. Still a great shot. |
