For me the upper left corner of an image always provides the most impact so putting the end of the leaf in that quadrant would greatly improve the impact of your image. The parallel lines in your image are fairly weak though present..

	natural order by lakritstroll Comment by OceanHunter: The composition would be better if the leaf dominated the entire frame. 75% of the space is a blurred background, which doesn't add to the nice leaf shot you've taken. Also, the tip of the leaf seems out of focus and somewhat underexposed.
