In bygone daysby sfaliceComment by giantmike: That's an interesting tonality for a sepia challenge. Feels more like it's pushed hard towards yellow (FYI, sepia is an actual color).
I like the subject matter, but I feel the straight on composition isn't highlighting it as well as it could be. |

-Selective Desaturation Challenge-by sfaliceComment by EL-ROI: I think this is a reshoot of an entry by sfalice. I must say you have really improved the image tremendously. The full color and the saturation really pops. It looks like something out of a '50's technicolor movie or something! I also think you may have tried some perspective correction because the columns in your last entry look somewhat curved and these look nice and straight... Great Job.
One of the few critiques I could give is about the dark water. Other than that... It Pops!! |

Absolut-ly Pastoralby sfaliceComment by capretta: A nice idea but i thought the backround subject could have been a bit more interesting ( pastoral to me gives thoughts of cows meadows etc). would it have made an interesting shot without the cutout in front? also the wonky martini glass kept drawing my eye, guess im a little autistic! |

Lands Endby sfaliceComment by bvy: I never thought a sky could be too low in the frame without the picture being upside down. This is astounding. |
