Suddenly, gazing at this, I realized. It would be possible to use color matching to make the sky and the fence the same color, just different shades of blue. That would create the storybook illustration impression this ceates in my eyes. I am beginning to see how color matching could be used to do some interesting, non-production things. Art things. Thanks! Also, you might be interested to know that on all the monitors I have to use, the tree leaves to almost to black in many places.

I have to admit, I think I'd like this shot better without the paddleboarder on the left. It has such an old feel because of the focus on the Western Flyer ship but the paddler distracts. Or perhaps having a title that draws attention to the juxtaposition would make it seem more intentional. Either way, nice shot.
