I think you have two great photos in one here. The cream/red split/contrast OR the solid gray to browns w/ the jagged edge would have been great -- together I feel they distract from one another. I'm sorry if that was the intention & I didn't 'get it'...

Hi Matt...

This photo, to me, is a bit weak. It doesn't not do a good job of conveying a sense of scent or aroma. The perspective from which you made this shot is not particularly intersting, nor is the light. It doesn't inspire me in any way. Having no personal tie with this cat, the photo is just another snapshot to me.

There are lots of cat & kitten pictures here and it's hard for one to stand out from the crowd. This one is not just another pretty face, this cat displays excellent balance.
