Interesting shot, doesn't really make me think of money per say but interesting all the same. Not quite sure what they are selling, is it flowers? And the motion blur of the traffic or train behind is perfect but the customer in the middle is more distracting. The border seems a bit heavy to me, too much for this shot. A 4 to start a 5 to finish

Technical: Fits the challenge, though I think the title could be stronger! Exposure composition focus lighting all excellent- the colors really pop. Great shot to look at. The border is overbearing for the size of the image, however.
