I love this image. This image absolutely captures the essense of the challenge. Beautiful model, beautifully photographed. I love the purple colors which almost seem to reflect off her face. Nicely composed, with a great lighting technique. The only flaw, and it is ever so tiny, is that I can see the photograper reflected in her eyes. Otherwise, totally stunning and deserving of a ribbon. Good luck. <9>

I really like the composition.

The heavy earring contrast with the extremely light fabric. The dark hair contrasts with the white background. The strong eye makeup contrasts with the hidden eye. Plus your student has a very pleasing and friendly looking face.

To me, this is both a portrait and fine art.
