I'm by no means expert in area of photography. My comments are purely based on my limited understanding of technology and art behind digital photography. Apart from doing detailed evaluation of your submission, my intent is to learn different styles of photography by critically evaluating selective submissions.
Composition :

Perfect!!!! Do I need to say more? This is great photo which really fits the challenge. The "feel" of being in fantasy land is what it communicates. I dont want to embarrass myself by leaving any comments which might sound silly (for such perfect photo) :)

Post-processing :

The idea of sharpening to enhance the pattern on dress worked very well. I dont know if a little more contrast would have been helpful for those who have their monitors on brighter side. Diffused glow really makes this from fairy land :)
Summary :

Perfect picture. I did not voted for this challenge but would have voted 9 for this one (because 9 is the best I ever give :)) but I could have guessed it to be your submission. It really deserved to be in top 3 ... and I feel it should have been at top. But thats because of my personal preferece for pictures which look less of "digital art". Great work!
