i loved the original. this one isn't my cup of tea. i find the composition to be not at its best. the close up makes the shot to noisy for me. to many distrations and the nose isn't in focus and it's smack in the middle of the frame. The lighting also seems to be really harsh...or a little too harsh anyways. all in all it's a good shot, but the original was better. 7

The tones of this photo would, I dare say, have placed you amongst the winners of any B&W or portrait challenge. In this one, you are within a tough set of opponents, but I will be surprised not to see this on the front page of results. Quality.
