I love the way the light plays on this, added with the shapes, this is an awesome 'subject'. If you could crop/dodge out those power lines, this would make for an interesting study. Was this sunrise or set?

thats one of the more complex trees i've seen. as far as improvements in the photo itself, getting rid of the phone lines would help.

Technical: Most all images submitted fit the challenge. Exposure focus lighting all good, composition could be a little stronger.

Personal:I love the light but I feel a tighter crop on just some of the branches might have made for a more interesting photo. Those powerlines.... I wish we could bury them all underground.
