Nice composition for this shot, allthough I can't decide if I'm bothered by the jogger being so centered. I think I would have preferred it if you caught him earlier in the frame towards the right foreground.
I like the fog, you captured it well.
As far as the challenge, it does meet it, but it is not the strength of the shot.

I am not keen on funereal borders, but here it doesn't especially detract since the shot itself is a dark one. I like this shot a lot.

What a great shot. Nice reflection in the background, and wonderful colors. Very easy to overdo the saturation or the sharpening with a shot like this. You did niether. Great job.
