The lighting is very nice , the colors are very deep and rich. One biggie is getting the vertical and horizontal straight and that is the first thing that caught my eye here...the horizontal in not crooked.

There are things visable in the background that are very distracting, maybe they could have been cloned out. Also the board is not level, it would help to rotate it. The lighting is good.

Is there a way to make the cigar look more like it is lit. I think that a bright red cherry on the end would be an interesting element. But then I don't know if cigars even have cherries on the end when lit. It would balance the eyes nicely if it did. The cropping of this phot makes me uneasy and feels incomplete with the cutting off of the chin. It distracts from the cigar for me.

Sharp, focused, well exposed. Somewhat of an orange/warm cast to the pic overall which could have been corrected by a quick levels adjustment, unless it was an artistic gesture.
