Nice work. The flowers are a little distracting but are ok.

I think the trees in this pic look more winter than spring. to me spring has more green. also the buildings in the background are a little distracting especially with the red lettering. the fountain is beautiful though

Your title is at odds with the image. The appearance of the trees doesn't seem to be springlike, you can't tell that there are any buds on the limbs. The remainder of the image appears to be somewhat start as if spring had not started yet. Keep on trying.

Apart from the distracting stripmall in the background, this photo has a lot going for it, with the lovely water lines of movement, and the blue sky with clouds.

Not bad, someting about the picture has me looking everywhere though. Too many objects to look at? Maybe its those blocks in the water. +1 or so more of shutter exposure and that water would've looked smooth. Unfortunate buildings in the background.
