Great colors and decent exposure. Action isn't a really strong point. I think you lowered your score for some by saying it was a practice session. There's no way the viewer can tell - and he / she doesn't really need to know that.

I really like this image. It shouts of 'movement and action'. The shadows beneath the players feet are fascinatingly intricate, creating a nice 'base' to the photo (along with the ball). If this were mine I'd have cropped the goal post/nets away at the top, even though it would have meant the head of the player with the ball would have been tight to the frame - and hoped for the best. Best of luck with this.
