My Country Tis of Theeby MJENNIComment by Rook3000: The flag is a nice shape, good sky. Why are you inverting the image and using this title? What are you trying to say? Is this an effective way to get your message across? |

My Country Tis of Theeby MJENNIComment by rmtm333: Would have had more of an impact (to me) if you left the flag RW&B. I like the sky in the background but find the saturation of the flag will cause you some higher votes. Still gave a 5 based on the composition (7 if flag was untouched). Would like to see a copy with the flag untouched. |

From the Gateby MJENNIComment by dr rick: Nice juxtaposition of the natural and artificial, although I can't help wondering how it would be in a landscape format. |

From the Gateby MJENNIComment by Beagleboy: Nice black and white treatment. Too bad that the trailer was there. Good focus throughout and proper interpretation of challenge request. |

From the Gateby MJENNIComment by Zap228: out of focus, and it sort of feels like to much has been cropped, as though your missing part of the picture. |

From the Gateby MJENNIComment by photom: It certainly meets the challenge, is well exposed, and well rendered. I must admit the composition does nothing for me. The tank, right on the edge, is a bad choice. |

After the Showby MJENNIComment by melismatica: I wanted to like this shot more. I really liked the composition. I looked at it for awhile but in the end decided that (even for me) it was a bit to fuzzy and grainy. I think the seats really needed to be in sharper focus. Definitely needed a tripod. I gave it a four because I did like a lot about it. I might have given it a 5 in spite of its technical problems but I didn't see this as an unusual viewpoint. Perhaps you were on your knees to get the chairs so low but it doesn't quite have the effect of an unusual viewpoint to the viewer. |

After the Showby MJENNIComment by Neil: An interesting perspective, but IMIO, this would have worked if the something were in focus. As is, there's nothing for the eye to grab a hold of. |
