I like the motion involved, however I would also love the boy (and perhaps the kiddie car) to be sharper. Yup I knoe its easier said then done too! but thats jus my humble opinion. =)

Almost perfect. You try to do a panning? Yeah, this technique is very hard, but produces beautiful shots. Try to use more shutter speed at next time and follow your subject with one eye on it other in the viewfinder.
