This is too saccharine for a diabetic like me. :) But, seriously... a flat color as a background that's that big bothers me in graphic terms. It takes away from the idea I think.

Why did you choose this composition, to contrast the old and new the pylon needs to be out from behind the sign. Colour contrast is great.

The greenary side of the building is a little underexposed while part of the building at the top is a tad over exposed. This leads me to believe the lighting was a little harsh. At a different time of day this may come out better! You also have some perspective issues that a slightly different angle or not so tight crop may help to over come. Nice building. Where is it?
