Oil & Waterby cbellerComment by ericsuth: very cool concept...cropping out the glass, and desaturating the pic might have helped...great shot though especially the angle |

Oil & Waterby cbellerComment by beckettboots: I love your inventive angle here, it really highlights the difference between the oil and water. I'd like to see a little higher contrast or truer whites for the background but the translucence of the glass is very nice as is the highlight along the edge of the oil. |

Oil & Waterby cbellerComment by j8xman: nice composition, good original concept. The background is the only down fall... too grey for me. |

Oil & Waterby cbellerComment by bigjvoltage: very cool perspective--great idea--could have used a better background and less harsh flash (reflections on glass distracting)-6 |

Oil & Waterby cbellerComment by BrennanOB: I wish you had hit the oil with more light to really make it glow, either from behind or above to keep highlights off the glass. The composition is interesting but the colors need to be as bold as your framing. |

Oil & Waterby cbellerComment by jzoss: in a wineglass?....nice. good lighting and focus. Would interesting to see the oil/water interface running vertical....my head keeps wanting to tilt 45deg one way or the other. But maybe that's the point! ;) |
