Hot air balloon through my fingersby RUEDISCHMUTZComment by photom: Great idea and execution. Colors work well. Here's my hints for an even better image:
1) If the hands were "upside down" the shape of the balloon would be echoed by the finger hole - both with the point point down. That would add a bit for me.
2) I don't think you need the border. |

Hot air balloon through my fingersby RUEDISCHMUTZComment by melismatica: Interesting attempt but it doesn't really grab me; possibly because the hands are out of focus and the extended pinky fingers interrupt the triangle shape the hands were creating. You could have had a triangle within a triangle if you had just kept your fingers together. |

Honey, how would you like your egg doneby RUEDISCHMUTZComment by melismatica: While this is a staged moment, it is so well done I can't argue with it. This is because the idea is clever and imaginative and the composition works. My only complaint is I would have liked to have seen the yellow of the yolk more clearly. Perhaps if the composition had been arranged on a lighter background? |
