Too bad about the leaf defects. A perfect leaf would have given you a +1 in score.

Every thnig in this photo leads thr eye to the vanishing point. The star effect on the over head lights greatl ad to leading the eye to that point. Good work.

I love the lines, the light, the FEEL. Aside from composition and relevency to the challenge, it's the FEEL that motivated me to rate this photo so highly. Good job.

Superb entry. It violates a couple rules: 1) dead centered composition - which by the way id PERFECT for this. 2) Area of most contrast is not the subject. The first star-flare is the point at which there is the most contrast - and is optimal for leading the eye down the tunnel. In other words, you eleted to ignore the "rules" - and it was definitely the right choice. I really love it!

This has a tangible effect - knowing how that must feel. Nice 'imperfection' in this with some lovely fluid motion and muted tones. The movement in the trousers is a bit distracting but overall a different, pleasing shot.

What a great image. This is just terrific!

First of all. I like the colors. The do a very nice job conveying the cool temperature of the water. The flow of the water and the background do an excellent job setting context for the photo. The composition suggests that he's not just cooling tired hot feet, but in fact laying back resting his whole body; that the water is rejuvenating all of him. I have sat with my feet in streams just like this, and felt refreshed just like this. You have done a nice job recreating that experience for me. Thanks.

Very n ice balance of color, and the slow shutter gives a real feel to the water on the feet. Brings back memories.
