This might have worked better if you had held the camera up against the window. This would have removed the window frame from the shot and included some of the sky above.

good idea to include a person in the shot. also like the tree in the foreground. the crop looks kinda strange, might have been better to include the peaks and some sky

Great idea! I like the motion blur and my only suggetsion would be to bump the exposurse slightly.
