Of course this is just my private and personal disposition but I strongly dislike selective desaturation except for a handful of cases so to be honest I deducted 1 point for that. Now for the real critique as that before was just my personal taste. It´s a good idea for a shot and executed pretty well, very fitting that the person with the ribbons is headless and the composition is good, perhaps just a little bit too tight for my taste to the right and left but good.

I like the idea, but somehow the extra saturation on the ribbons and the B&W of the rest of the picture makes them look like they are superimposed on the picture and not part of it (especially the blue). It's a weird illusion. 6
