The long exposure is great for the dummer, but the guy walking on the right seems a little out of place, as does the very distracting guy with the red shirt right in front.

Image is too out of focus. Its hard to take pictures of bands without a tripod The light to the left of the drummer is distracting from the rest of the picture.

The shot overall is so dark, I can hardly see anybody or anything. If it weren't for the drummer (good smile on his face) and the drum set, I'm not sure if I'd be able to tell what this is even a photo of. I think the idea of using motion blur for this kind of shot is great -- just wish I could see more of it.

this is a cool picture. i wish the lighting were different--a little lighter in the front and maybe blur the 4th guy also, to match the the rest of the band.

I'm assuming the title is the name of the band? IMO, this photo is too dark (especially with the blurry person in the foreground blocking much of the center) and blurry. Maybe more light, a higher ISO setting (if your camera allows that)? My eye keep on trying to move around the center (front figure) to find something to focus on.
