	Old Friend by GoodEnd Comment by melismatica: The focus is a bit fuzzy in the torn area which is where you really want to see sharp detail. the background material is bad---it looks random and adds distracting texture and detail.

	Old Friend by GoodEnd Comment by puzzled: You've met the challenge - definitely looks like an old shoe! Unfortunately, the image doesn't have much to keep my interest, but I can't really say why. I suppose it might get a better reaction if it were less tightly cropped and if the toe wasn't so sharply lit.
